BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The booking is provisional until the payment is received. Upon receipt of the deposit, the owner will issue a booking confirmation to complete the booking. The client should check all the details carefully once received. Any errors MUST be notified to the owner within 7 days and no changes may be made after this time.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. Bank transfers should be made to Sportselect Limited, bank account 10495823, sort code 09-02-22. Cheques should be made payable to Sportselect Limited and sent to Manor House, Whitwell on the Hill, York, YO60 7JJ.
All payments must be made in GB Pounds Sterling.
The client will make the final payment no later than 14 days prior to commencement of the booking. Bookings made less than 14 days before your arrival date must be paid in full.
The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the number on the booking form.
Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under the age of 18.
If the client wishes to cancel the booking, the client should notify the owner in writing. If the booking falls within the time whereby the final payment is due, the client is immediately liable for such payment. We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations.
The owner will attempt to re-let the property at no discount and if successful, no final payment will be required from the client.
Notwithstanding the above, the deposit is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that the owner has to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the owner will refund any payments made by the client in full. The owner is not liable for any further claims.
COVID-19 – If you happen to fall ill before your visit, we will honour all payments and be as flexible as we possibly can be to rebook your visit.
